Welcome to the ClipAndStyle Inc. Rewards Program! ClipAndStyle Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is the main entity operating as ClipAndStyle Barbershop & Salons. Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before participating. By participating in the Rewards Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms. This rewards programs is optional and if you do not want to participate, please conact us.

1. Eligibility and Enrollment

To participate in the Rewards Program, you must provide your full name, phone number, and email address. Points earned are linked to the information you provide and are non-transferable.

2. Earning Points

• You will earn 1 point for every eligible visit to any ClipAndStyle Barbershop & Salons location.
• You must provide your registered full name, phone number, and email address at each visit to receive your point.
• Points are not earned for purchases made online unless otherwise specified.

3. Rewards

• Once you accumulate 12 points, you are eligible to redeem them for one of the following:
  • A $10 discount on your next purchase or service,
  • A product valued at $10 or less,
  • A free service valued at $10 or less.
• Rewards are subject to availability and may not be combined with other offers or discounts.
• Points have no cash value and may not be exchanged for cash.

4. Point Expiration

• Points will expire if there is no account activity (i.e., no visits or points earned) for 12 consecutive months.
• Expired points cannot be reinstated.

5. Use of Personal Information

• The information you provide (full name, phone number, and email address) will be used solely for internal purposes by ClipAndStyle Inc., operating as ClipAndStyle Barbershop & Salons.
• This information is considered the property of ClipAndStyle Inc.
• From time to time, we may use your contact information to send you promotional materials and offers related to ClipAndStyle Inc. and ClipAndStyle Barbershop & Salons.
• We will not share or sell your personal information to any third party without your consent, except as required by law.

6. General Conditions

• ClipAndStyle Inc. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Rewards Program at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of the Rewards Program, including fraudulent activity or misrepresentation of information, may result in termination of your participation and forfeiture of accrued points.
• Participation in the Rewards Program is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
